We carefully screen our caregivers, come to meet our clients in their home, spend time with them there and assess their needs. Our expertise is in matching each client with a carer who has proven sensitivity and skills in these areas. We constantly review this relationship for mutual satisfaction.
Our Nurse Coordinators
Our Managerial/Nurse Coordinators have over 100 years of combined experience. Their experience working with vulnerable people gives them an understanding of who is suited to being a good caregiver and how to find the best match between a client and a caregiver.
Our caregivers are certified caregivers as well as those who also have an RN and/or BScN designation. All are qualified to give CPR and first aid. We check all references and conduct a police check in addition to an extensive interview to ensure that they not only have the right qualifications, but that they have the right personality to be caregivers.
