How It Works?
Step 1. Customize The Role
Your family’s unique needs are our top priority. Your experience begins with an in in-home interview to create a customized job description that will include information and duties specific to each child.
Step 2. High Standards & Services
After determining your needs, the search and selection process will be initiated. Candidates are fully screened individuals ( Completed background check includes:.criminal background, driving record abstract, social security and sex offender trace ) that have been personally referred to us and possess the experience, character and conduct required by Atlantic Caregiving. Candidates will be selected and you will be provided profiles .
Step 3. Interview Our Chosen Candidates
Understanding busy schedules, we work to coordinate the interviews for you. We offer guidance and support with any questions you may have through the interview process and continue assisting you until a successful match has been made. Interviews for direct hires from overseas will start with a skype call and may progress to an on Island meeting.
Step 4. Hire Top Candidate
Once you’ve selected your candidate, we will draft a detailed offer of employment for your review.
Step 5. Overseas Hires
All immigration processes, including advertising the position, are managed by the Queen Group.
We also provide post-placement support. We are dedicated to be of assistance every step of the way!
